UPDATE OF THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY CONDITIONS 2021
Following the new standards in effect in the European Union, all our products sold since January 1, 2021, benefit from a manufacturer's warranty following the date of purchase of the product :

1 year for professionals

2 years for individuals
Any conflicting information that may be displayed on subsequent materials should be ignored.
FREE EXTENSION OF WARRANTY to 3 YEARS
The warranty can be extended to 3 years free of charge for all customers (i.e. an additional 1 to 2 years depending on your type of buyer), to do this you must register your product to the IDR CARE Program by following the link bellow.
Warning: The extended warranty only applies to IDR machines, not to consumables and Scan air CO2 Mini products.
